Welcome to the Faculty of Arts and Humanities where we ‘humanise’ education and civilise society through liberal arts studies tailored towards meeting the constantly evolving demands and challenges of the 21st century globalised world. In lieu, we offer relevant subjects and disciplines: Languages and communication, Literature and Film Studies, History, Archaeology and Cultural Heritage, Religious Studies and Philosophy, Music and Performing Arts, and Geography.
With a trans-African student population and service-oriented staff, we engage in outstanding teaching, strategic training and contemporary research to address complex issues and megatrends in the global society. Thinking of joining us from both within and out of Uganda, a committed and supportive academic & non-academic staff and environment await.
